On that list let me include a strong dislike for eggs, goat cheese and instant potatoes. But anyway this isn't about my dislike for the white fatty mucous beverage (drink almond milk!) but for what Laila Ali says, "I'm always striving to be as healthy as I possibly can – and you always think of milk doing a body good.". I wonder if she really feels that way or is the green paper cheddar looking real good?? Hmmm. Oh well! The Dancing with the Stars alum posed for the infamous milk endorsement ad like so many other celebs have in milk ad's past. This is her second apperance as a "Got Milk" sp0kesperson...she sat in an ad with her prize fighting daddy in 2001. Her current solo ad is featuring this month. The champs daughter is stunning and glowing, maybe even more so due to her recent marriage to "best friend" Curtis Conway who she wed this past July.

The girl champ of the family talks about her and Curtis' incredible relationship"...we have great communication and we respect each other, so we are able to work out any situation because we have those qualities in our relationship."

The 29 year old shares that nothing has changed since they've gotten married and right now they are enjoying being newlyweds so they will wait for the right time to have kids.

It seems that people are getting married later and later in age and it's ok. I'm happy for them! He better act right though if he doesn't want a TKO!

Bobby Brown has a mild heart attack today

LOS ANGELES - Bobby Brown spent a night in the hospital after suffering a mild heart attack, his attorney said Wednesday.

Brown had severe chest pains Tuesday night and was taken to two hospitals. He was admitted to Tarzana Regional Medical Center in the San Fernando Valley.

"This morning they did diagnose him as suffering from a mild heart attack ... they attributed (it) to stress and diet," said his attorney, Phaedra Parks, in Atlanta.

His father and brother stayed with Brown and he was released Wednesday morning in good condition, Parks said.

"He is in great spirits, he's doing very well," she said. "He's speaking with family members."
Brown thanked fans for their good wishes and hoped to make a scheduled performance Saturday in Los Angeles, his attorney said.

"He just wants the fans to know that he is definitely going to come back full speed ahead," Parks said.

Brown, 38, lives in Southern California. He is the former husband of Whitney Houston and is seeking custody of their teenage daughter.

The two have been dating for a long time and decided it was time to let love do what love does. Tara who was a flight attendant left her job to focus on her relationship with Montel. Hello he's got the cash...I'm sure that was not a problem.

The five medals won by Marion Jones in Sydney may be in jeopardy after the track sprinter sent a letter to close family and friends admitting that she used steroids before the 2000 Olympics.

Jones said she took "the clear" for two years, beginning in 1999, and that she received it from former coach Trevor Graham, who told her it was flaxseed oil, reports the Washington Post.

"The clear" is a performance-enhancing drug linked to BALCO, the lab at the center of a federal steroids investigation. Until now, Jones had repeatedly denied she ever took any form of performance-enhancing drugs.

Jones said she will plead guilty today in New York to two counts of lying to federal agents about her drug use and an unrelated financial matter, the Post reported.

"I want to apologize for all of this," the Post reported her saying, quoting a person who received a copy of the letter and read it to the paper. "I am sorry for disappointing you all in so many ways."

Jones won three gold and two bronze medals at the 2000 Sydney Olympics, where she emerged as one of the United States' brightest stars. But her reputation took a hit in subsequent years by repeated allegations of steroid use.

In her letter, Jones said she lied when she was questioned in 2003 by federal agents investigating BALCO, (the Bay Area Laboratory Co-Operative). Jones said she panicked when agents presented her with a sample of "the clear," which she recognized as the substance Graham had given her.

In the letter, Jones said she didn't realize she'd used a performance-enhancing drug until she stopped training with Graham at the end of 2002.

"Red flags should have been raised when he told me not to tell anyone," the Post reported, quoting the letter.

Mark Wahlberg's priorities are changing. The actor has had so much fun and success in Hollywood, they made a hit TV show about him, but the father of two, has decided to take it down a notch.

"I've been really focused on me for quite sometime now," admitted Wahlberg, 36, who said girlfriend Rhea Durham, daughter Ella, 4, and son, Michael, 18 months, "are definitely the priority" now. "I figure I got a few more years to work really hard and then, you know, if I can make a movie every year and a half or something then that would be nice," he told reporters at the press day for his latest film, We Own the Night.


"I don't want to work forever." The realization came to Wahlberg – whose life HBO's Entourage is based on and which he also executive produces – on the heels of the highly successful movie The Departed, which brought the actor his first Oscar nomination.


"It was at a really tough time," Wahlberg said of starting work on We Own the Night. "I was about to have my second child. I had left shortly after my first child was born to work and that was a very difficult experience."


Still, Wahlberg refers to the film as "a labor of love" adding that everyone, including him, had to make sacrifices to get it made. When asked which one he made, Wahlberg quipped: "Just my salary. I don't know what Joaquin [Phoenix ] makes, but my salary for sure."


We Own the Night, which also stars Phoenix, Eva Mendes and Robert Duvall opens Oct. 12. Currently, Wahlberg is shooting M. Night Shyamalan's next project, The Happening, in which he plays a science teacher.

Jadakiss is home free!

Well prosecutors are dropping a drug-and-gun case against Jadakiss, a.k.a. Jason Phillips. It's been a year after the rapper's initial arrest.

The Westchester County district attorney's office asked a judge last week to dismiss the charges against Jadakiss, and a co-defendant, Kristian Smith.

Phillips, Smith and Darnell Frazier were arrested last October in Yonkers, the rapper's hometown, and indicted in February. Police claimed they smelled marijuana coming from the men's car and then found a gun inside.

A jury last month acquitted Frazier after DNA tests didn't link any of the three to the gun.
Jadakiss' attorney, Clement Patti said it was "a travesty that the case went this far." She also claimed that the 32-year-old rapper "has had this cloud over his head for a year, affecting his career." (that i don't agree with...shoooot controversy seems to spark many careers in the rap or entertainment industry in general. This shoulda make JadaK a bigger star!)

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals received a copyright infringement case Wednesday filed by a Minnesota woman claiming Beyonce's 2003 hit "Baby Boy" illegally uses lyrics from her song, "Got a Little Bit of Love for You."

Jennifer Armour of Shakopee, Minn already had her lawsuit dismissed by a Houston judge, but the woman appealed her case, believing it should be heard by a jury, reports the Associated Press.

Beyonce, 26, did not attend Wednesday's hearing, which took place before a three-judge panel.

Armour's attorney, Dana Kirk, told the judges that an expert analyzed Armour's slow and melodic version alongside Knowles' song featuring Sean Paul and that the two are substantially similar.

But Cynthia Arato, representing Knowles, said the standard for copyright cases is what an ordinary person hears, not an expert's analysis. The judge who heard the case in Houston last year had ruled the two songs were "substantially dissimilar."

Superior Court Judge Scott M. Gordon ruled that that ex-husband Kevin Federline will take Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, beginning Wednesday "until further order of the court."



Last month, Gordon said Spears engaged in "habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol" and ordered her to undergo random drug and alcohol testing twice a week as part of her ongoing custody dispute with Federline.
Spears also was previously ordered to meet weekly with a "parenting coach" who was to observe and report back to the court about her parenting skills. Both Spears and Federline must complete the court's "Parenting Without Conflict" class.

And even more everyone is still the same kinda sad and whiny, complainy, lost, confused, cold or ungrateful little employees with big paychecks that they were before. Paris Hilton remembers her post jail promise...going to Rwanda

So remember not too long ago Paris went to jail for driving drunk and driving on a suspended license yada yada. Well that's old news BUT the new news is that the social maven is going to Rwanda to help. She seems to be making good on her post jail promise to change and be a woman more interested in "important" things and not just herself. Some people are laughing about it but i say let her do it. Any help there is good help and a need. The motive if impure does not matter at this time.

Apparently making good on her post-jail promise to help others, the socialite, 26, tells E! Online about her African ambitions, "I'll be going in November, after I get back from filming my movie. There's so much need in that area, and I feel like if I go, it will bring more attention to what people can do to help."

Though a trouble spot of notorious proportions – an infamous 1994 genocide in Rwanda claimed about a million lives (in a nation of 9 million) – the country's multitude of problems doesn't seem to worry Hilton, who vows to pay calls upon a variety of beleaguered regions.

"I want to visit more countries where poverty and children's issues are a big concern," she says. "I know there's a lot of good I can do just by getting involved and bringing attention to these issues." Hilton reportedly will visit Rwanda at the invitation of Scott Lazerson, whose year-old Playing for Good charity assists celebrities and high-profile business personalities in getting involved with organizations that benefit those in need. Hilton's Rwanda trip will also cap a busy September, during which she's been in Toronto filming her upcoming movie Repo! The Genetic Opera, partying at the MTV Video Music Awards in Las Vegas and hitting a slew of Emmy parties in Los Angeles.

The before and after genius or creating a venue to be ready for a party can only be done by master minds of their crafts and this was nothing short of a master event. Both ladies support Atlanta record labels, Hannah at Grand Hustle and Laura at Sho Nuff.
