Careful deliberation concerning Sherri Shepherd's joining The View have been in negotiations for months now. Reportedly the actress wanted a $1 million dollar type contract to work as a full time personality on the show before she accepted. Well either her request was met or she got a got an offer she just couldn't refuse because Sherri will be joining The View as the newest co-host on September 10th this year! I bet she is over joyed! You might know Sherri as a comedian or for her small parts in the late comedy, The Jamie Fox Show or more recently in the current comedic movie, Who's Your Caddy, making us laugh opposite stylish rapper, Big Boi from the acclaimed rap duo that is OutKast. Sheri is cute, bubbly, and enjoyable so I'm glad her time has come. But she is no stranger to The View being that she has been a guest co-host a dozen times in the past. I think the familiarity joined with her contagious energy made it easy to comply with Sherri's wishes to get her as a "permanent" on the show. The View will be very exciting this season!
